1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

If your WaveGlide AquaJet™ is not what you expected, contact us and we’ll help you with a return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

We want your experience to be simple, fair, and stress-free.


2. Free Returns

We offer free returns on approved return requests.

There are no restocking fees and no hidden return fees.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where available, a prepaid return label or another free return solution.


3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please make sure:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is returned with all main parts and accessories
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse, unsafe use, or neglect
  • The item is packed safely for return shipping

We understand that you may need to inspect the product after delivery. Returns are handled flexibly, but the product must be returned in a reasonable condition.


4. Used Products

You may inspect and test the product carefully.

However, products that are heavily used, damaged, missing important parts, or returned in an unsafe or unsellable condition may qualify for a partial refund, replacement, or store credit instead of a full refund.

This does not affect your rights if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a free replacement, refund, or return.


6. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for defective items, damaged items, incorrect items, or other approved return situations.


7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
